Bring more Gratitude and Bliss into your Day

Are you the last on your never ending list of to do’s? So often we run around from appointment to appointment and taking care of our to-do list that we never really allow ourselves to take care of the most important item on your check list… YOU.

Check out this great exercise to help you step into serenity and bring more Gratitude and Bliss into your day!

Clean up, clear out, and let go with gratitude!

I don’t know about you but I sure feel lighter and brighter when I clean up, clear out, and let go of the things that no longer serve me.

Do you have friends or places that you go to regularly that leave you feeling drained or tired? That is our bodies ability to tell us hey… this is not where your suppose to be. Or do you have friends or place that you leave you always feel alive and energized after being in their presence? Sure we all do. Well, have you ever thought of applying this principal to all areas of your life?

Hmmm… what if we were to ask ourselves how does this pile of papers make me feel, or how does an area of our home or office make us feel? How does this space or place make me feel?  Is it energizing, calming, peaceful, or draining and tiring? The good news is no matter what your feeling you have the ability to clean up, clear out, and let go of the things, people, and places that no longer serve you.

Sometimes when we are in the space of making real change in our lives we may feel unsure or afraid to let go. Believe me, I know, but I have a great way to let go without harboring any negative feelings. It is to journal or write down what were the lessons and blessings I gained from this experience. At times we may not feel like there is much gained when something doesn’t feel good, but the truth is you would not have been gifted this expereience if there was not a lesson within it for you! When we can see it through the eye’s of gratitude, we can move on with ease and grace!

Take time today and ask yourself what is it time for me to clean up, clear out, and let go of with gratitude?

With Love and Gratitude,

Celebrating 2011 with gratitude!

Celebrating 2011 with gratitude! It is the perfect time to reflect and get clear on all that we have done or achieved over the past year, as we enter these last few days of 2011. It is so easy to think about or to focus on what we did not accomplish. Yet, with a simple shift in our perspective and by asking ourselves a few questions you can realize how much you have accomplished this year!

I invite you to grab a piece of paper or journal to ask yourself a few questions………

~ What was my biggest accomplishment of 2011?

~ What am I most grateful for about 2011?

~ Who has blessed my life this year?

~ What do I choose to let go of that is no longer serving me?

~ Celebrate your accomplishments: Jot down all of the skills, knowledge, insights, growth, and awareness that you have gathered during this amazing year!

~ What am I grateful for in this present moment?

Wishing you a Joyous and Abundant 2012!
With love and gratitude, Elizabeth
