Have you ever noticed the things we feel true gratitude for we seem to attract even more of into our lives. I love Starbucks and tell the barista’s at the stores, I tell friends, I write it in my gratitude and abundance logs and constantly attract Starbucks gift cards, random free drinks in the store from baristas, earn free drinks with my gold card. Truly have earned 14 free drinks this year! Crazy, but true. The same is true for any area we focus our gratitude! Yesterday I realized this sitting inside of you guessed it Starbucks as I was writing my next book it hit me I have such an easy time being grateful for people and things but money I hadn’t.

So I decided to pull out a bill and feel it, look at all of the colors, and really read it, thinking about the people who created the design, the printers, the packers, the delivers, the banks who handle the money. And how I got it, how many people’s path it must have crossed all to get to me. And then I took it a step further and wrote all over it, I am grateful for abundance and all the ways it flows to and through me. I am grateful for every luxury, ammenity, and gift money and abundance has offered me. I am grateful for all the ways money has blessed me and all others.

If money or any area of your life is feeling a bit blocked or limited right now I invite you to enfold it and enfuse it with gratitude! Sharing your gratitude in advance for the good you desire! Allow yourself to really feel the feelings of gratitude and know that as you do you are setting out an attracting force to bring even more good into your life!

Many blessings to you my friends,
Elizabeth

Nature is so perfect and so percise, from the change of the seasons to the ebbs and flow of the ocean, the sun rising and setting, and animals migrating thousands of miles to get from one place to another, all without a GPS!!! Surely we could learn much from the beauty of nature!

Advice from wildflower….

Open Up

Celebrate your unique colors ~

Stop and smell the flowers ~

Plant seeds of love, joy, and gratitude everywhere you go! ~

Be bold, be brave, be magnificent, BE YOU!
What do you think a flower could tell us?

So often we focus our attention on the what if’s and allow anxiety or doubts to creep in. When we worry we can tend to think things like what if something doesn’t work out? Or what’s the worst case scenerio? We focus on what we don’t want, rather than what we do want. With this kind of thinking we attract worst case scenerio’s. I know I have been there, and done that!

What if we could turn our expectations around, let go of the anxiety and and step into….. What if everything works out better than I could ever imagine? What if everything goes right? And sit in that space of expecting good and amazing things to appear. When we come from a space of gratitude for the good in advance in our lives we can attract even more to be grateful for! If there is something you are expecting or desiring to attract in your life more health, finances, deeper relationships, new friends, start to focus on the best case scenerio, enfold your vision with gratitude and expect the very best, as life meets you at your level of expectations.

With gratitude, Elizabeth,

What if… you started your day in sheer gratitude?
It can be as simple as taking 1 minute before you even step foot out of the bed and acknowledged all of the blessings in your life.

From being grateful for the bed you slept on to the blanket that kept you warm to the pillows to snuggle with and keeps you comfortable. To the heat or air inside of your home keeping it to the exact temperature that you feel comfortable. Then upon rising you kept seeing the many gifts you have been given… the toothpaste to brush your teeth, the warm water to shower and awaken in, the smells of your soaps and shampoos. The smile of your loved ones who greet you, the tails wagging of your dog, or meow from your cat, to the bowl, knife, forks, and plates that carry your food. To the refrigerator that keeps your food cool, and safe to eat. And then you realize all of this takes place before you even enjoy your breakfast….. what a different world we live in when we see everything through the eyes of gratitude!

Today I invite you to really open your eyes and see all of the blessings that surround you!

With love and gratitude,
