The Gratitude Girl

Welcome... This is a sacred space for women to come together living, giving, and sharing in gratitude. I believe that when these 3 facets of gratitude come together they can instantly transform and shift our lives helping us to see the
beauty and that magnificence that surrounds us!

Living gratitude is when you fully embody and feel the things that make you feel grateful. And then taking a moment express it to yourself through journaling,
going on a gratitude walk, carrying a gratitude rock, or sharing your thoughts in prayer with God. It is a way to anchor in those feelings
of gratitude. This will instantly lift your spirit, connects you to your source, and changes the way you view the world.

Giving gratitude is about telling others when they have done something to bless, shape, or impact your life.
Maybe they have spoken words to you that have really helped encourage you take a new path or a new direction.
Maybe they have inspired you in some way, that has created real shift in your world. Or maybe they have supported you
through transition, change, or in challenging times. So giving your gratitude and actually telling someone how much they mean to you which will
lift your spirit, their spirit, and build a deeper connection between the two of you.

Sharing gratitude is about telling others the things that your gratitude for. It is as simple as expressing words like I am grateful for the sun
shinning today, or I am grateful for the smell of the rain after a glorious AZ rain, I am grateful for my car
that got me here today. I am grateful for my friends and family. Just speaking the words and sharing your feelings of gratitude with another
will lift your spirit and their spirit as well.

I truly believe there is magic when these 3 areas of gratitude work together and they can transform and shift your life and the way that you see the world.
Thank you for being on this gratitude journey with me, I am truly grateful that you are a part of this movement!
Blessings you you!

With love and gratitude,
Elizabeth
